Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days at our studio and handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number in an email once an order has been fulfilled. Please note: To ensure a safer delivery of packages, an adult signature is required upon delivery for confirmation upon receipt.

Made to Order garments typically ship within 4 weeks of placing a deposit. Please note these items are Final Sale.

Domestic Orders

We offer complimentary standard shipping (UPS Ground 3-5 Days). We offer express shipping (UPS 2 Days) for an additional $50 fee. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

We offer international shipping through DHL. Rates will be calculated at checkout. We do not cover the cost for international shipping. We do not guarantee delivery within the carrier’s estimated time frame. If you require a rush delivery please email us at, and we will do our best to accommodate your rush delivery request.

Package Insurance

The Glass House is not liable for lost or stolen packages, as they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they have left the studio. We do our best to ensure the safe delivery of a package by requiring a signature upon receipt. If customers would like to insure their shipment, we recommend opting into Package Protection insurance at checkout.

Return Policy

We allow returns for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order for all ready to wear garments. If after 7 days you are unsatisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we’re happy to accommodate an exchange or store credit request within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached and original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process your refund, exchange order or you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits do not expire. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs. All made to order items, publications, home items, and accessories are nonreturnable.

Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Domestic and International Return Shipping

Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our studio for all returns. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed, and only proceed with your return once you have received a prepaid return shipping label. The postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

International custom & duties

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the carrier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.
