Orders will be processed within 1-2 days at our studio and handed off to the designated carrier for delivery. Customers will receive a tracking number in an email once an order has been fulfilled. Please note: To ensure a safer delivery of packages, an adult signature is required upon delivery for confirmation upon receipt.

Domestic Orders

We offer $25 standard shipping (UPS Ground 3-5 Days). We offer express shipping (UPS 2 Days) for an additional $50 fee. We currently do not ship overnight or to P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

We offer international shipping through DHL. Rates will be calculated at checkout. We do not cover the cost for international shipping. We do not guarantee delivery within the carrier’s estimated time frame. If you require a rush delivery please email us at shopping@welcometotheglasshouse.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your rush delivery request.

Package Insurance

The Glass House is not liable for lost or stolen packages, as they become the responsibility of the shipping carrier once they have left the studio. We do our best to ensure the safe delivery of a package by requiring a signature upon receipt. If customers would like to insure their shipment, we recommend opting into Route Shipment Package Protection insurance at checkout.
